I regret complaining about Dr Condrell. It was a complete misunderstanding. I thought he had prescribed me a wrong dosage, but I didn’t realize that was the only dosage he could prescribed if he wanted to increase my Wegovey Prescription. He has a great practice and is a really good bedside manner and you can call him on his cell phone or text him and he’ll get back to you the same day

I’ve gone to DrCondrell since he first opened up! I usually see the nurse practitioners now but they are always so nice and very helpful. Everything is patiently explained and there’s a great follow up planning ad or necessary referrals. Yesterday I forgot to sign in to my virtual appointment and Morgan a np called be back, stayed late to fit me in. I was impressed because many places would say reschedule. Hats off to Morgan for that ; but, all of the nurse practitioners are just as wonderful and knowledgable.

Very helpful consultation for purpose of reviewing recent test results performed by NIH for a study on aging.Dr. Condrell carefully discussed results in context of my well being and offered recommendations on steps that I should undertake to sustain my health. The consultation was very helpful

Got my annual physical and was satisfied with the experience. The doc took the time to fully understand my issues - it is a paid concierge practice so one would expect that but he really spent the time needed to address the issues he could, and referred me for other issues. He gave good advice re what I had to do differently to address some of my health issues. Had a subsequent hiccup with the high price of one of the drugs prescribed but the practice helped me enroll for a manufacturer's discount.

Dr Condrell talked and listened to me. I felt he cared. He gave me his feedback/suggestions. His staff is attentive and helpful also. And the location of his office works very well for me. Easy parking and access.

Elizabeth Lyford is top notch. Excellent attention to what you tell her, great advice, and great follow-up. If you are looking for a practice where you will see a physician, this is not the one for you unless you want to pay concierge price, which I think is $2k/yr. If you are happy to see an excellent PA or NP, the practice has a number of them, and the 3 I have seen have all been great. Elizabeth is now my go-to.

When I arrived for my annual Physical I was greeted by a friendly desk clerk who confirmed my details and directed me to a waiting room seat. Minutes later my name was called by the nurse. She guided me through the collection of basic measurements, (weight, blood pressure, etc) and information about my health including complaints. This person was kind and worked through her tasks at a pace that was comfortable for me. I never felt rushed or pressured and I did feel well cared for. When Dr Condrell arrived he was equipped with all the information the nurse had collected and explained to me that he had as much time as I needed to talk about my health or other things that might be concerning me. I had completed my lab tests before the visit and we were able to discuss those details to my great satisfaction. Dr Condrell also spent time sharing with me ideas for remaining healthy and physically fit...an important topic for me. Overall, the visit was a great experience and provided me with excellent insights for continued good health. I left feeling like everyone I encountered during the visit valued my time as much as I valued theirs.

It's always good to see Dr. Condrell.... I enjoy consulting with him about my health. A minor issue, however, is the delay or the waiting to see him after my arrival at the appointment time. The delay usually is about 30-45 minutes.

I would have given four stars because the interaction with Morganof For my reason for being there was good. I went for a preop visit on 5 August, and they had not sent the results over to my surgeon and as of Friday nothing has been done, which is unacceptable. But after calling them and explaining they were about to ruin a surgery that I have been waiting for that following week and that this should have been given to the surgeon the same week I had that preop done. On Saturday after yet another call they finally sent the results of my preop to my surgeon. But having to go through what I went through is unacceptable
