Eliese Richbourg, FNP-C

Eliese Richbourg, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan. She currently practices at Condrell Primary Care in Bethesda, Maryland, where she provides preventive physicals, chronic disease management, health education, and ongoing care for patients ages 14 and older.

Eliese earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia, in **2023**, following her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marymount University in 2016. During her graduate education, she also served as an adjunct faculty lab instructor, helping educate and mentor undergraduate nursing students.

Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Eliese gained more than five years of experience as a registered nurse at Georgetown University Hospital, where she worked in the Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit as a staff nurse, charge nurse, and stroke responder. She also practiced in urgent care, caring for patients with a broad range of acute and sub-acute illnesses and concerns.

Eliese takes a patient-centered approach to care and believes in partnering with patients through education, preventive medicine, and open communication. Her clinical interests and skills include chronic disease management, interpretation of laboratory and imaging results, gynecologic care, minor procedures, and telehealth.

Outside of work, Eliese enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and discovering and trying new restaurants. She values the opportunity to explore new places, experiences, and foods with the people she loves.
